Euro 2008 kicks off tonight

So the day has arrived to this mammoth tournament of this year.Certainly it wont be as exciting as our Champions League triumph but its better to have something than nothing.Besides 5 of our top elite team members are representing their country so why miss their matches.The fixtures for the night goes like this.

Euro will be kicked off with match between Czech and home team Switzerland.Venue is their home ground Basel and the time is 1800 GMT.My bets are going to be on Czech for sure.Their last year was a good one.And this year too they managed wins against massive teams.Its sure win.May be 2-0 or 3-0.

Second one will be Porto and Turkey.Quite competitive and unusual fixture.Havent seen much of Turkish players and also their games.So it will be surprising package for me.Also looking forward for Ronaldo after his had minor injury with his ankle.

This time teams have been careless with their players. A lot of main team players are down including my favorite Cannavaro.

Also United’s 5 players are in this tournament,so will follow Serb’s and Porto’s fixture.
