Manchester United FC - Birmingham City FC preview

After a rather hectic personal week, I can not say that I am not thrilled to be back here, especially with the start of the Premier League 2009-2010 in front of us. aguero

Real Madrid have accepted a £19m bid from VFB Stuttgart for Klaas Jan Huntelaar, the deal depending on the Dutch striker to decide on his future and where he wants to go. After yesterdays rumours around the massively expensive Argentinean international Aguero the question now is ‘Huntelaar or Aguero, with or without Berbatov’?

Huntelaar is several years older than Aguero and has only experienced the Dutch League before his 6 rather successful months at Real Madrid (40% strike rate over 20 appearances). Huntelaar from his part has a much more powerful shot from the second line, something we have missed ever since the glory days of Paul Scholes. Something Benzema could have brought us, but also something we can expect from Michael Carrick when he finally discovers his distance shot again. Continue reading »
