Solskjaer To Play for Norway at Euro 2008

May 22, 2007 By red devil

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been reportedly tapped by his country Norway to compete in the coming Euro 2008 qualifiers this coming June. Solskjaer compiled a total of 11 goals, serving notice why he is among the best strikers of the United Reds in the game and an asset that can truly help in Norway’s cause.

This time around, Solskjaer will make sure he does not miss the bus to Norway for the qualifiers. He had previously missed the other tournaments due to various injuries that had made him unable to compete and maintain his effectiveness. But at the way things look at the moment, everything seems to be a go and Solskjaer seems hell bent to make up for the times he was unable to contribute to his country’s cause.

With his inclusion in the Norway lineup, this is expected to boost the moral of the team. He is known to average at least 1 goal in his three international appearances.
